Neys: Before the Park
We will attempt to tell the story of Neys, Camp 72, and Angler in the most informative and correct manner we can. The German Prisoners of War were held here for a short time. They were also held at other location in the are north of Neys. The Exiled Japanese Canadians were held here longer and also at other locations. Both groups were held at Angler also.
There is a shortage of correct information being widely dispersed. The Marathon & Distric Historical Society will attempt to rectify this.
